2026 Sectional Officer Leadership Conference!

San Luis Obispo FFA had the opportunity to send two involved chapter members, Collin Edwards and Brooke Markowitz, to the 2026 Sectional Officer Leadership Conference on September 12-13 in Santa Maria, CA. Collin is currently serving as the Sectional Secretary and Brooke is currently serving as the Sectional Vice President. During this two day conference, Collin and Brooke not only bonded with their Sectional team members, but connected with the South Coast Regional FFA Officers and the California State FFA Officers. They learned how to host their own session, discussed how to act professionally in an environment, and were taught how to hold meetings and prepare for events. Also, focusing on their own leadership role and what their position holds. Through this event, they came out became a better version of themselves and are inputting skills into our chapter.
